Important instructions-

  • -Yogasana & Pranayama should be practiced early in the morning or in evening.
  • -Practice Yoga on an empty stomach.
  • -Practice can also be done safely 1 hrs post breakfast and 4 hrs after meals.
  • -Place for Yoga should be clean, peaceful and airy.
  • -Pranayaam should be practiced after asanas and before Meditation.
  • -Practice should be guided by an expert Instructor.
  • -Duration of practice should be increased gradually and gradually.
  • -Follow the instructions exactly.
  • -Wear loose comfartable clothes.
  • -One should practice Yoga regularly  & preferably at the same time.
  • -Remove belt,watch,ornaments,contact-lenses & spectacles.
  • -Dont practice Yoga during menstrual periods.
  • -Avoid practicing if suffering from Fever,Diarrhea or any other acute condition.
  • -Dont do Meditation when you feel tired or sleepy.
  • -Do Yoga with full concentration.
  • -Always breath through nose both in and out.
  • -Bend ,strech and holding as much as u can without straining yourself.
  • -Avoid comption with others person.
  • -Dont expect instant results.
  • -Shavasana(relaxation ) is very important in last session.
